Magpie Series

This mixed media collection brings together magpies with the beauty of dried plants, textured Gelli prints, and vintage papers. Each piece tells a story that is layered, thoughtful, and inspired by the way nature and life intertwine.

Cyanotypes

Cyanotype is a photographic printing process invented in 1842 by Sir John Herschel, three years after the birth of photography. Its notable characteristic is the vivid blue color that is a result of a chemical reaction when cyanotype is exposed to ultraviolet light.

Cyanotype combines some of my favorite things, the color blue, plants and animals.

It is an experimental process, you never know what the outcome will be!

Bison Series

This collage series was inspired by a memorable trip to Yellowstone National Park. Each piece features the iconic bison, brought to life through a blend of hand-pulled Gelli prints, delicate drawings, dried plants, and bits of repurposed paper. The textures and layers reflect the rugged beauty of the Wyoming landscape.
